Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a baby stroller from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your stroller, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your stroller must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and accessories included. Please note that strollers that have been used or show signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@strollseat.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your request.

Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return your stroller to us. After we confirm damages or defectives, you’ll receive a pre-paid USPS label for shipping the item back to us. Otherwise we recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us.

Once we receive your returned stroller, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Returns are not allowed if you changed your mind after thirty (30) days from the shipping date.
