We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a baby carrier from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your baby carrier, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, your baby carrier must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and accessories included. Please note that baby carrier that have been used or show signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@strollseat.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your request.
Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return your baby carrier to us. After we confirm damages or defectives, you’ll receive a pre-paid USPS label for shipping the item back to us. Otherwise we recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us.

Once we receive your returned baby carrier, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Returns are not allowed if you changed your mind after thirty (30) days from the shipping date.

Orders placed on our site usually ship within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays throughout the year, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Orders received on Friday, or over the weekend will typically be shipped Tuesday.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of baby carriers within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery after the order has been processed.
Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not be shipped out until the next business day.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your online order is shipped, you will be E-mailed a shipping confirmation.
